Our house is situated on a quiet street in St Leonards on sea.
We are a 2 minute walk (probably less!) from St Leonards Warrior Square Train Station.
There is a bus stop on London Road, also less then a 2 minute walk from our house.
Our local park and green area is Gensing Gardens which is a very short walk away and we are just a 5 minute walk away from the Seafront and beach.
